Master John Sagal trained under Grandmaster Chang at the headquarters in Korea for many years. Master Sagal is prior Air Force Security Police and was NCOIC of AF Emergency Services Team. He is now serving as a Maryland State Trooper in the Frostburg area. Continuing education of the art is provided through the US HQ under Master Allen and continued seminars under Grandmaster Chang.
