Master Mike Tsung trained under Grandmaster Chang at the headquarters in Korea for many years. Master Tsung is retired Air Force Security Police and was NCOIC of AF Emergency Services Team. He is now serving as a Pennsylvania State Trooper in the Philadelphia area. Continuing education of the art is provided through the US HQ under Master Allen and continued seminars under Grandmaster Chang.
