Classes are offered to all people from about age 8 to adult as bullies come in all sizes.
Classes are very traditional and you can expect to learn techniques,
culture, traditions, and customs as well as the Korean language.

Each School has its own Schedule and Fees based on location
since we are not a franchised federation.

Adult Classes

Classes are an amazing workout at 600~1000 calories per class.
You'll lose fat and your muscles will be stronger than ever yet remaining flexible.
Your mental awareness will increase dramatically and your self-discipline will be unmatched.
Stress relief and lower your high blood pressure. Increase your stamina and breathe better.

Children's Classes

Our children's classes teach how to avoid or survive child abduction situations
and know that physical size does not matter when it comes to applying technique if needed.
Your child is at risk everyday. The children's character developement is strongly focused on as part of training.
We are NOT a competition/tournament school. We believe that it negatively programs children into a "winner/loser" mentality.
Learning to improve yourself by conquering your own fears/obsticles is a healthier way to think. Never compare yourself to others!
